MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN OF IOS

Excellence is what we strive to embody and be an example of in this era of knowledge and progression. To succeed in our conquest as catalysts of change and innovation in the city of Dasmarinas, we need to build a strong foundation on knowledge, integrity, and collaborations. It is in our nature to become the breeding grounds of champions of proficiency and productivity. I believe that the accomplishments we set to achieve, will steer our institution as the ideal hub for innovations, research, and education. With that said, we are looking forward to a fruitful journey of growth and advancements.

Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives

Vision

To become the leading institution for sciences in the City of Dasmarinas by 2033 and a catalyst for innovation and sustainability to address the challenges faced by the community.

Mission

To continuously develop forward-thinking and solution-centered individuals that excel in sciences through skills, research, and innovation. We are committed to deliver high quality education that is aimed to benefit the residents of Dasmarinas.

Goals

  1. Implement innovative teaching methods and technologies for effective learning outcomes to consistently achieve high academic standards in sciences.
  2. Accommodate the stakeholders to provide opportunities for students to engage in community service and social responsibility projects, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability among students and faculty.
  3. eStablish partnerships with local and international industries, encouraging collaboration on research and internships.

Objectives

The Institute shall:

1. Instill a deep understanding on the principles of sciences rooted in research and innovation geared towards advancement in the City of Dasmarinas;

2. Assist the stakeholders in the sustainable advancement of livelihood and industry within the community;

3. Strive to nurture critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and effective communication, preparing our graduates not only for successful careers but also for active and responsible citizenship.
