Center for Institutional Planning and Development
The Director for Center for Institutional Planning and Development primarily performs the tasks specified in the approved mandates defined for the said Center. The CIPD Director oversees a variety of strategic planning and development tasks meant to improve the expansion, sustainability, and efficiency of the KLD by spotting opportunities, and putting plans into action to support the vision, mission, and goals of the College.

Position Title : Director for Center for Institutional Planning and Development
Educational Qualifications:
- A full-time faculty member with master’s degree,
- A relevant doctorate is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
The mandates of the Center are as follows:
- Coordinates planning activities with the different Units, Departments, and Offices for its proactive development and prepare all planning documents.
- Consolidates and integrate the plans of the Units, Departments, and Offices to develop cohesive development plans.
- Assists in providing technical support to the Office of the President for the formulation and preparation of budget proposals and its implementation.
- Packages proposals for better resource generation and expansion of development opportunities through impact analysis research among graduates and stakeholders.
- Assists as instructed to collect and consolidate documents for submission to other agencies in line with academic operations such as: LGU – Dasmariñas, CHED, NEDA, RDC and others.
- Assists in the implementation of the quality policy of the college as well as an avenue for all the quality assurance, accreditation and program recognition from the CHED.
- Provides technical assistance on the review on the quality of the college production of instructional materials such as textbooks, modules and laboratory manuals for publications.
- Assists in budget planning and resource allocation to support strategic priorities. Monitor and report on budget expenditure related to development activities.
- Specifically oversees the performance of duty of the:
- Head of Monitoring and Evaluation Unit
- Officer of the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education or other internal and external scholarship or grant-giving entities.
- Head/s of the unit/s that may be created relevant to the PDD
- Performs other tasks relevant to the function of the Center for Institutional Planning and Development as well as special projects of the College.
Core Competencies:
- At least 5 years of teaching experience is required
- At least 3 years of relative managerial or supervisory experience, as supported by formal certification, is required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Has good intra and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
