Assoc. Prof. Geordan L. Carungcong
Director, Academic Services
The Director for Academic Services assists the Vice President for Academic Affairs in the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Academic Affairs specifically in the planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the learning resource center, admissions and testing procedures, scholarship programs, and alumni organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Director for Academic Services shall undertake the following functions:
- Contributions in the review and improvement of all existing academic programs;
- Leads in the conduct of career talks and orientation programs to the different high schools in the City of Dasmarinas. Specifically, promotes camaraderie among high school institutions in partnership with the ISASEC by organizing activities such as the Annual Open House, Campus Tour, School’s Academic and Sports Competitions, and Seminar-Workshop for the different High School students and teachers;
- Supervises the programs and plans of the Learning Resource Center to ensure the diversity of materials and alignment of existing projects with the current academic programs;
- Supervises the programs and plans of the Admissions, Testing, and Scholarship Unit and evaluates the status of the undergraduate entrance test program and all qualified scholarship-applicants; and
- Supervises the programs and plans of the Alumni Affairs and Placement Unit and facilitates networking opportunities and events to connect alumni with current students, in creating pathways for mentorship and career development.

Asst. Prof. Shaira Mae C. Grencio
Head, Learning Resource Center
The Head of the Learning Resource Center is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the LRC, assisting patrons with their information needs, and maintaining an organized and accessible collection of resources. She plays a vital role in promoting literacy, facilitating research, and fostering a love for learning within the community. She collaborates with the LRC staff to provide excellent clients service and ensure the efficient functioning of library services.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of the Learning Resource Center shall undertake the following functions:
- Recommends acquisition of books, periodicals, publications and other educational technologies and materials as recommended by the deans, faculty, and heads of the units and the specialized centers;
- Formulates and administer policies, rules and regulations for the purpose of utmost utilization of the library by the students, faculty members and other members of the Institution;
- Participates in the activities of the Library Committee;
- Prevent violations of College library rules; provided that any violation requiring action by higher authorities shall be submitted to the appropriate offices for proper action; and
- Spearheads and advocates the development and use of modern library and information exchange technologies.

Inst. Joshua B. De Fiesta
Head, Admission and Testing
The Head of Admissions and Testing oversees the development of a sensible, considerate, and efficient admission procedure. He aspires to follow fair and reasonable admissions criteria based on college standards and be attentive to the demands of its stakeholders. He bears responsibility in assessing students for college admission, additionally plays a role in the preparation and administration of the KLD Admission Test (KLDAT), as well as coordinating the admission test results with the different institutes and the Registrar.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of Admissions and Testing shall undertake the following functions:
- Placement of requirements and procedures for admission;
- Proper information dissemination of the guidelines for admission;
- Prepare the test materials for the entrance examination; and
- Spearhead the facilitation of the entrance examination.

Inst. Mary Jesreth V. Bayas
Head, Alumni Affairs and Placement
The Head of the Alumni Affairs and Placement is responsible for the tracing of KLD graduates and alumni. She analyzes alumni outcomes, placement rates, and career trajectories. She is also involved in coordinating with the Institute of Student Affairs, Character Education and Citizenship for the placement of graduates and maintains strong relationships with alumni, industry partners, and potential employers.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of the Alumni Affairs and Placement shall undertake the following functions:
- Acts as a liaison between the administration and the alumni;
- Promotes as much alumni involvement, support, and dedication to KLD as possible;
- Facilitates in the creation of the KLD Alumni Association and engage them in various alumni programs, events, and activities;
- Plans and supports the creation of several alumni chapters, both domestically and abroad;
- Coordinates with the Guidance and Career Development office and other domains, especially Linkages, in career placement of KLD graduates; and
- Conducts tracer study of KLD graduates.
